These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to all summits, conferences, trainings, workshops, webinars, and other events ("Event(s)") organized by Etapa Hub s.r.o. ("Etapa Hub", "we", "us", "our").

By registering for any Event, you accept these Terms.

1. Registration & Contract Formation

1.1. Registration may be completed online, via email, or through an authorized representative.

1.2. A registration becomes binding once you receive a confirmation email and invoice.

1.3. Etapa Hub may decline a registration at its discretion.

2. Fees, Invoicing & Payment

2.1. Registration fees are payable within the period stated on the invoice unless otherwise agreed.

2.2. Payment methods include bank transfer or credit card.

2.3. All fees are listed exclusive of VAT. Applicable statutory VAT will be added.

2.4. Any charges related to bank fees, international transfers, or currency conversion must be covered by the participant.

2.5. Event admission may be denied if the fee has not been fully paid.

3. Cancellation by Participant

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to hello@etapahub.com.

3.1. Cancellations within 24 hours of registration

A full refund will be issued.

3.2. Cancellations after 24 hours

• 30 days or more before the event:
  No refund. A voucher equal to 100% of the registration fee will be issued. The voucher is valid for 12 months and may be used for any Etapa Hub event.
• 29 days or fewer before the event:
  A credit will be issued equal to the registration fee minus a EUR 200 processing fee.

3.3. Additional Rules

• Vouchers and credits are non-refundable.
• "No-shows" receive no refund, voucher, or credit unless approved by Etapa Hub.

4. Participant Substitution

4.1. You may substitute a delegate at no additional cost up to 7 days before the Event.

4.2. All substitution requests must be submitted in writing.

4.3. Substitutions requested closer to the Event may be accepted at Etapa Hub's discretion.

5. Event Changes & Cancellation by Etapa Hub

5.1. Etapa Hub may update or modify Event details at any time, including the program, speakers, venue, dates, or format (offline/online). Refunds are not issued due to such changes.

5.2. If an Event is merged with or rescheduled to another date, your registration isautomatically transferred.

5.3. If Etapa Hub permanently cancels an Event (not merged or rescheduled), a full refund of the registration fee will be issued within a reasonable period.

5.4. Etapa Hub is not responsible for any additional costs incurred by participants such as travel, accommodation, insurance, or visa expenses.

6. Event Materials & Intellectual Property

6.1. All Event materials and content are protected by intellectual property laws and remain the property of Etapa Hub or its licensors.

6.2. You may not reproduce, distribute, record, or share Event materials without written permission.

6.3. Etapa Hub may record Event sessions (photo/video/audio) for internal, educational, documentation, or promotional purposes.

6.4. By attending an Event, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless you notify Etapa Hub in advance.

7. Data Protection & Sharing

7.1. Etapa Hub processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Czech law.

7.2. Basic attendee information (e.g., name, role, organization) may be shared with other attendees, speakers, or partners where relevant.

7.3. Detailed information is available in the Etapa Hub Privacy Policy.

8. Participant Conduct

8.1. Etapa Hub reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive, inappropriate, illegal, or unsafe behaviour.

8.2. No refunds will be issued in the event of removal.

8.3. Participants are responsible for any damage they cause to property or systems during the Event.

9. Complaints

Complaints must be submitted via email to hello@etapahub.com with the subject line "Complaint".

Etapa Hub will review and respond within 2 business days.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1. Etapa Hub is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data occurring on the participant's own systems, devices, or networks.

10.2. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

11.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.

11.2. Any disputes shall be submitted to the courts of the Czech Republic.

11.3. Consumers may utilize the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (CTIA) for alternative dispute resolution options.

12. Final Provisions

12.1. Etapa Hub may update these Terms at any time.

12.2. The version applicable is the one in effect on the registration date.

12.3. If any provision becomes invalid, all other provisions remain in force.
